La vitamina C participa en la síntesis del colágeno, protege de los radicales libres evitando el envejecimiento prematuro y las enfermedades cardiovasculares; también interviene en la síntesis de anticuerpos esenciales en el tratamiento de procesos gripales; facilita la absorción de otros nutrientes como el hierro, evita enfermedades degenerativas como el cáncer y el Alzheimer.
La dosis diaria recomendada para personas a partir de 15 años es de 80 mg, y debe subirse a 100 mg en casos de fumadores, personas que viven en ciudad, el empleo de anticonceptivos, procesos postoperatorios, etcétera. La vitamina E (acetato de D-alfa tocoferilo) es esencial para el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas nervioso e inmunitario. El selenito sódico en pocas cantidades actúa como antioxidante de las membranas celulares.
Ingredientes:
Edulcorante: isomaltitol (E 953), agente de carga: fosfato cálcico (E 341), ácido ascórbico (vitamina C), acetato de D-alfa tocoferilo (vitamina E), antiaglomerantes: sílice (E 551) y estearato de magnesio (E 470b), acidulante: ácido cítrico (E 330), edulcorante: sucralosa ((E 955); maltodextrina), aroma de naranja, selenito sódico.
