La vitamina E es liposoluble y un conocido antioxidante que mantiene íntegras las membranas celulares, evitando la oxidación de sus ácidos grasos, protegiendo contra el cáncer y los problemas cardiovasculares. Esta vitamina es también esencial para el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas nervioso e inmunitario. Las personas que tienen una dieta muy pobre en grasas, mala absorción intestinal, hacen dietas de adelgazamiento, o se encuentran expuesta a factores pro-oxidantes como la radiación, humo y/u otros, requieren un aporte adicional de vitamina E. Los excesos de la vitamina E, al ser una vitamina liposoluble, se acumulan en el hígado y tejidos adiposos pudiendo tener graves consecuencias para la salud.
Ingredientes:
Maltodextrina, estabilizante: celulosa microcristalina (E 460), agente de recubrimiento (cápsula): celulosa, acetato de D-alfa tocoferilo (vitamina E), antiaglomerante: estearato de magnesio (E 470b).
