De la planta de la valeriana se emplea la raíz. Gracias a la acción conjunta de todos sus compuestos, se usa desde antaño para calmar los nervios, las tachicardias, el insomnio y las migrañas. Actúa como sedante del sistema nervioso central, anticonvulsionante e inductor del sueño.
El extracto alcohólico actúa también contra los dolores de estómago. Se recomienda en casos de excitabilidad, insomnio, tics nerviosos o convulsiones, cefaleas, neuralgias, neurastenia, epilepsia, síntomas premenstruales, espamos intestinales y uterinos y menopausia.
Ingredientes: Extracto con 0,01% de ácidos valerénicos totales en base de glicerina.
Modo de empleo: La dosis es muy variable, dependiendo de la afección que se desee tratar. Para casos de insomnio, se recomienda 2-3 perlas o cápsulas antes de acostarse. Extracto líquido 10-15 gotas. En casos de nerviosismo e hiperactividad, esta dosis se puede aumentar hasta cuatro veces a lo largo del día. No administrar durante largos periodos de tiempo sin descansos.
Advertencias: No administrar durante el embarazo o la lactancia. Puede interaccionar con barbitúricos, benzodiazepinas, antihistamínicos y alcohol. En caso de molestias gástricas, reducir la dosis. Una cantidad excesiva puede producir nerviosismo e insomnio.Presentación: Envase de 60 ml.- Formato
