SERENOTTE MELATONINA 1.9MG 50ML SPECCHIASOL
Serenotte Gotas 1.9 mg es un complemento alimenticio a base de extractos vegetales y melatonina, útil para alcanzar un estado de relajación. La Amapola de California favorece la relajación, alivia los estados de tensión localizados y la Melatonina alivia los efectos del jet lag y reduce el tiempo necesario para quedarse dormido.
Serenotte Gotas contiene extracto de L-Teanina.
Ingredientes:
Agua, azúcar de caña, amapola de california partes aéreas, amapola pétalos, l-teanina, acidificante: acido citrico, aroma, melatonina, conservantes: sodio benzoato, potasio sorbato; espesante: goma xantan.
Composición (12 gotas=0.9ml):
- Amapola de californa partes aéreas 55.1mg
- Amapola pétalos 18.2mg
- L-Teanina 15.2mg
- Melatonina 1.9mg
Modo de empleo:
Se aconseja tomar 12 gotas (0,9ml) con poca agua o una tisana, antes de acostarse. Mantener debajo de la lengua unos minutos antes de ingerir.
En caso de JetLag el efecto se obtiene con la toma, antes de acostarse, de un mínimo de 0.5mg de melatonina durante el primer día de viaje y continuando algunos días.
