Conserva de corazones de alcachofa en aceite bio Organica Italia
Las alcachofas representan la excelencia de la tradición gastronómica. La realización de este producto típico de Apulia comienza en septiembre, en este mes comienza el cultivo de la alcachofa en las granjas familiares, y luego continúa con un cuidadoso riego y seguimiento hasta que la preciada "alcachofa" florece en primavera. Cadena de suministro muy corta: procesamiento exclusivamente a mano a partir de un producto "crudo" y envasado solo 8 horas después de la cosecha, para saborear el inconfundible sabor del corazón de alcachofas frescas.

Ingredientes:
Alcachofas, aceite de semillas de girasol, aceite de oliva virgen extra, sal, vinagre de vino, perejil, albahaca.
Modo de empleo:
Ideal como aperitivo o como condimento para ensaladas, pizzas, bruschetta, primeros o segundos platos a base de carne o pescado. Almacenar a temperatura ambiente y alejado de fuentes de calor. Una vez abierto conservar refrigerado y consumir preferentemente dentro de los 10 días.
