Alga Dulse Bio 1 kg. Algamar
Este alga, conocida por los antiguos celtas, evitaba el escorbuto a los marineros por su riqueza en vitamina C. Entre sus propiedades podemos destacar su alto nivel de proteínas, y un excepcional contenido en potasio, fibra,y yodo, aunque no es el alga que más yodo posee. Todos estos beneficios sin grasas ni azucares. Con peculiar color rojizo, da vistosidad y color a las ensaladas y platos rápidos, incluso sin remojo previo. Es una de las más indicadas para degustar las algas crudas o en sopas, por su delicado sabor y aroma.
El alga dulse abunda en primavera en las rocas batidas por la marea, donde también suele haber mejillones. Sus delicadas láminas violáceas forman grandes poblaciones cubriendo las rocas cerca de las playas de mar abierto.
Muy conocida por su uso en sushi. Se puede utilizar combinando el arroz con fruta, queso, frutos secos, gambas, aguacate y verdura. También se puede tomar seca y tostada como aperitivo. Triturada es ideal para condimentar y aromatizar cremas, salsas, bechameles, etc.
Hervida combina en sopas, cremas, croquetas, revueltos y arroces y sin cocción va muy bien en ensaladas, paellas y sopas

Modo de empleo
- Cruda: Trocear y poner en remojo 2 min, limpiar si hay restos de conchas y añadir a la ensalada.
- Cocinada: para sopas y platos rápidos, basta escaldar o añadir al final. Verduras, sopa de avena, fideos, cuscús, tortilla, polenta, mijo, quinoa.
