Ingredientes
Té Matcha origen Japón (39%), canela, jengibre, nuez moscada, clavo y cardamomo.
Modo de uso
Poner una cucharita o chashaku de bambú (aproximadamente 1 g) en un cuenco o taza. Añadir 80 ml de agua a una temperatura entre 60 y 75 °C. Mezclar con un batidor de matcha o una varilla de cocina durante 10 a 15 segundos con un movimiento en zigzag hasta crear una ligera espuma en la superficie. También puede disfrutarse con una nube de leche o bebida vegetal al gusto.
Conservación
Conservar en un lugar fresco y seco, protegido de la luz y de fuentes de calor. Mantener el envase bien cerrado tras cada uso.
