Descripción
Ghee de Cabra Bio es una mantequilla clarificada de alta calidad, elaborada mediante un proceso tradicional que separa las impurezas y la lactosa, obteniendo una grasa pura, estable y apta para cocciones a alta temperatura.
Posee un punto de humeo muy elevado (250°C), lo que lo convierte en una de las mejores grasas para freír, saltear, hornear o utilizar en repostería. Su sabor característico, procedente de la mantequilla de cabra ecológica, aporta un toque distintivo y aromático a una amplia variedad de platos.
Gracias a su pureza, el ghee se conserva durante largos periodos fuera de la nevera y resulta especialmente versátil en la cocina diaria. Es un ingrediente muy valorado en la tradición ayurvédica y una alternativa natural a otras grasas de cocción. No genera humo ni espuma al calentarse y permite obtener resultados homogéneos, crujientes y sabrosos.

Modo de uso
